You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), CBN regulations, and AML requirements.
We do not store sensitive biometric or full KYC data after delivering the verification result to you.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
